Small GroupsThis summer we are hopeful to have 2-3 small groups offered for the 20-somethings on a variety of topics. These will meet over breakfast or lunch during the week. Keep up to date through the website on start dates.During the school year, First Pres. has Discipleship groups that meet on Wednesday nights at the church. Many of these Discipleship groups are cross-generational so this is a great opportunity to integrate into the body. We firmly believe that we need to be around people unlike us. The wisdom that will be learned as we get out of the college/young adult scene and get to know families, children, and the elderly will be invaluable. We strongly encourage this. Also, during the school-year, we have a Young Adult Women's Bible study that meets one Monday night/month. The start date for the fall semester is Sep. 10th. This is a great opportunity for post-college students to plug into a local church and get to know women who are in the next stage of life.
